1. Intimacy with God
God looks for men and women who lead from an intimate relationship with God.
"For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, Abba, Father." Romans 8:15
2. Passion for the Harvest
God looks for men and women who share a passion for those without Christ. God desires that everyone be reached with the life transforming power of the gospel.
"For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost." Luke 19:10
3. Visionary Leadership
God looks for men and women who are biblically committed to cast vision, set goals, mobilize the body of Christ and overcome obstacles in order to bring the nations to Christ.
"Where there is no vision, the people perish" Proverbs 29:18
4. Culturally Relevant Evangelism
God looks for men and women who live and teach the Gospel with cultural relevance, sensitivity and power, so that the eternal truth of the Gospel will be understood and received in every culture of the world.
"I have become all things to all people that I may by all possible means save some." 1 Corinthians 9:19-27
